Q8. What protocols does the display instrument support now?
Since the display instrument hardware is made in light of both UART and CAN, so the display instrument supports UART & CAN based protocols with hardware switching.
Q9. I’ve noticed that the brand SEEKRUN is displayed on power-up. Is it workable to change it to our company’s LOGO?
It’s workable. Currently all our color screen display instruments support customized LOGO in the form of letters and pictures. Dynamic effect can also be added from the dynamic effect bank②.
Q10. Can you develop customized products as per our requirement?
Absolutely. With a complete group of business architecture developers in ID, UIUE, structures, software & hardware, we can design and develop customized product as per the customer’s requirement.
Q11. What is the lead time of the product?
As for the customized products, the lead time is only 15 days excluding material preparation period of 30-45 days.
Q12. Does the factory manufacture the display instruments by itself or seek OEM outside?
Currently all the display instruments are manufactured on our own. We have a dedicated display instrument production line at Weitang plant in Suzhou, with the capacity of 1000 sets per line.
Q13. Who are your partners?
We have fairly a number of partner. There are dozens of them, such as the well-known Bafang Electric Suzhou Co., Ltd., Wuhan TTium Power Technology Co., Ltd. and TAILG Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., who are all highly recognized and praised by customers.
Q14. What tests have been done for the products?
We have made reliability and credibility tests for each product, including the tests of high & low temperature, salt spray, falling, water-proof performance, ultraviolet ray, EMC, RoHS, REACH, durability and riding. By making well-rounded verification, authentication and testing, we are doing our utmost to meet the high demand of the customers as much as possible.

① Some products have TYPE-C function and meet the IPX6 water-proof grade.
② The segment-code LCD screen needs a customized screen module.
