① During warranty period, all the malfunctions caused by the quality flaw in the normal process of product use will be the scope of responsibility of HIGO company.

② The warranty period is 18 months from the date of factory shipment.

③ Damages due to the following reasons are not covered under warranty:

* Damages out of refitting, improper use, use for race or commercial purposes, misuse or abuse, or traffic accidents;

* Damages during shipment handled by the clients;

* Damages caused by improper installation, commissioning or maintenance;

* Damages caused by non-material or process reasons, eg. damages caused by improper use of consumers;

* Damages from the changes of the product appearance and surface, but those with no impact on the product functions;

* Damages due to maintenance or installation not by HIGO designated service stations or dealers;

* Damages caused by unauthorized dismantling;

* Faults or damages because of force majeure or natural disasters.
